out with an interesting online viral video in sync with its referral networking
program.

The video titled 'sell your boss', features a young employee being harassed and
harangued by his bullying boss until of course the tables are turned. The referral
recruitment slant brings in the tempting idea of packing off the boss instead and
earning some handsome cash in the process!

The video is a comic reverse of Yellojobs.com's recent online poll results that
suggest bad bosses to be the dominant reason for employee attrition. 'Sell your
boss' is currently playing on popular social networks and a number of video-sharing
sites including You Tube.

concept of viral videos is a great tool to connect and maximize exposure," says
